The market’s strong interest has led to the brisk sales of the first two buildings in Azure Urban Resort Residences, a beach-inspired condominium development in Parañaque City by Century Properties.
The first building called The Rio, named after the famous beach destination Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, has 735 units and is 97 percent sold. Santorini, the second building inspired by Greece, continues to receive strong reservation sales for its 552 units since its launch in late August.
Century Properties COO John Victor R. Antonio said that the firm expects to launch the third and fourth Azure buildings late this year to cater to the strong sales momentum.
“The main drivers of the sustained interest in Azure are really the convenience, balanced environment and good location that the development offers to its residents. Azure affords the city dweller the best of both worlds – a vacation experience in your own home that is fitted with urban conveniences. Plus, it is a short stroll away from a major shopping mall,” Antonio said.
The six-hectare property, located on West Service Road in Marcelo Green, Parañaque City is adjacent to SM Bicutan. Azure has a total of nine proposed residential buildings masterplanned around a first of its kind central amenity – a full-size man-made beach with fine sand. Its resort-style outdoor amenities include a beach volleyball area, open park, Zen garden, grand entrance fountains, multiple playgrounds, lap pool and a modern clubhouse with function rooms, spa, children’s play area, gym and restaurant.
